Job Title: Utility Network Solutions Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced GIS professionals to provide expert-level support for our clients' ArcGIS Utility Network deployments.

The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in implementing and administering Esri's Utility Network, including advanced data modeling, rule configuration, and subnetwork management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to mission-critical client projects, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust ArcGIS Utility Network solutions tailored to clients' specific business needs.
  • Lead and execute all phases of Utility Network projects, from initial design and configuration to full implementation and deployment within client environments.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated ETL workflows for multiple clients with varying data schemas and quality.
  • Provide ongoing remote administration, maintenance, and support for clients' Utility Network deployments.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing expert-level user support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Proven project experience implementing Esri's Utility Network, including advanced data modeling, rule configuration, and subnetwork management.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or multi-client environment.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise geodatabase administration (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and data migration strategies.
