Integration Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled expert with strong expertise in network projects to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN equipment.

  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) nodes for T-Mobile projects.
  • Work on AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades, and ensuring seamless performance as per standards.
  • Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, and project managers to ensure successful site acceptance.
  • Maintain integration logs, prepare MOPs (Method of Procedure), and ensure documentation as per standards.
Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G), preferably on T-Mobile network projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.

What You'll Do

You will work on integrating new sites, upgrading technologies, and ensuring seamless performance. This includes coordinating with teams, maintaining logs, and preparing documentation.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with 2–6 years of experience in RAN integration, preferably on T-Mobile projects. You should have hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, and gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
