Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities C2M suite architect/techno-functional consultant to lead our utility implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway, and meter-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle Utilities C2M suite solutions for large-scale utility implementations
  • Lead cross-functional teams in architecture reviews and workshops
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Migrate Oracle Utilities applications from on-premises to cloud environments
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards
