About the Role:
- We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Lead to oversee construction management.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with extensive experience leading teams and managing projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- To coordinate resource allocation according to approved schedules for assigned areas/scopes of work.
- Preparation of work methods for incorporation into the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Executing construction, erection, and testing activities as per approved drawings and work methods – ensuring quality, EHS, time, and cost compliance.
- Implementing quality checks and maintaining documented information.
- Optimizing resource utilization for desired productivity.
- Orienting S/C workmen on quality and EHS requirements.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Lead.
- Prior experience working on breakwater projects is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
