We are looking for a skilled Civil Project Manager to lead our international construction projects. This role combines civil engineering expertise with international client interaction, focusing on project management, estimations, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with international clients regarding project requirements, updates, and clarifications.
  • Manage civil construction projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Perform estimations, material take-offs, and cost analysis for civil, plumbing, and roofing works.
  • Assist in planning and execution of construction processes while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for project-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and communication logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in civil construction, project management, plumbing, or roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of estimations, BOQs, and take-off processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for international client handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) and estimation tools/software.
  • Good understanding of business processes, operations, and client service orientation.
