We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to lead our civil and interior works projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and quality control. A strong background in construction management, with expertise in civil and MEP works, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and handover. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates and issue tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site management
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
  • 14-17 years' experience in project and construction management
  • Demonstrated expertise in civil and MEP works, including design, construction, and commissioning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading teams of 20+ engineers and supervisors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
