Construction Management Trainee

We are looking for a skilled construction management trainee to join our team.

  • This role provides hands-on experience in estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution.
  1. Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  2. Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  3. Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  4. Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  5. Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  6. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
  8. Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

As a construction management trainee, you will gain exposure to live project execution and construction management, hands-on training in Excel-based cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools, practical experience in interpretation of drawings and project planning, mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers, and skill development for a career in civil engineering, project execution, and infrastructure management.
