Role Overview

As a skilled Support Professional at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, you will be responsible for managing customer issues in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Office 365 technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and apps.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams features, functionalities, and best practices. You should be familiar with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams, and have experience working with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools (Browser).

  • Knowledge of Office 365 technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs to resolve customer issues in production environments.
  • Experience working with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools (Browser).
Key Responsibilities

We require a proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role, along with strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Education tenant apps such as assignments, class notebooks, and School data sync is also preferred. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and escalation procedures, as well as tools like Log Reader, Fiddler, and Browser Dev tools, is essential. If you have experience extracting logs for Debugging, including Desktop Logs, Network Logs, Web Logs, and HTTP and HTTPS Request Code, that's a plus

  • Triaging and escalating new bugs from early ring customers.
  • Verifying and rejecting bugs submitted by unknown sources.
  • Using tools like Log Reader and Fiddler to troubleshoot and reproduce issues.
