Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to strengthen customer satisfaction, improve service efficiency, and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site service support by handling customer complaints, attending commissioning calls, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending field complaints and providing timely service support at customer sites
  • Handling commissioning calls to ensure correct installation, testing, and performance verification
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, with a preference for Gas Engine experience
  • Minimizing Turnaround Time (TAT) for complaint resolution and improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
  • Providing inputs for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other aftermarket growth opportunities
  • Ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and feedback to the Regional/ Central Service Team
  • Contributing towards AOP growth through effective service delivery and customer engagement

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a preference for Gas Engine experience
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of service, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical troubleshooting ability, knowledge of installation and commissioning standards, strong customer handling and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet service SLAs.
