Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute their expertise in IT infrastructure, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure;
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) and basic knowledge of firewall, networking, and servers;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure;

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling escalated technical issues, providing in-depth troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth resolution of incidents;
  • Performing advanced root cause analysis and providing timely resolutions;
  • Monitoring systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance;
  • Collaborating with development teams and vendors for complex issue resolution;
  • Documenting solutions and updating standard operating procedures;
  • Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers;
  • Participating in on-call rotations, incident response, and after-hours support as required;
  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs, IT policies, and security standards;
  • Assisting in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities;
  • Identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions to improve service stability;

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical engineering roles;
