Job Opportunity:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading qualification and opportunity management, and driving customer engagement and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base
  • Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue
  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross selling, upselling opportunities
  • Determine that the correct prices and official service descriptions are shown in SOW, MSA, purchase orders, and contracts

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management roles with majority of experience in the geography of interest
  • Proven experience in meeting Sales Targets year on year with an appetite to grow business in multiple verticals
  • High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of Software industry and articulate in presenting the spectrum of offerings
  • MBA / B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA with background in Marketing/Sales/ International Business
