- Work on achieving quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and industry networking activities.
- Support in managing tender opportunities and responding to client inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Business Development and Sales.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, web development, mobile app development, and digital services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage.
