
Pharmaceutical Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to drive sales expansion by developing and managing a network of pharmaceutical franchise partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong track record in sales growth, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and possess a solid analytical approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Franchise Partner Development: Identify prospective partners, conduct feasibility assessments, and negotiate agreements.
- Sales Expansion: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels, monitor sales performance, and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner Management: Onboard new partners, provide ongoing support, and ensure targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor data, track market developments, and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and partner performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Strong analytical abilities, good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
