Lead Strategic Engagement

This role is a critical leadership position requiring expertise in stakeholder management, policy advocacy, and government relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to advance business objectives through effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Advocacy & Influence: Lead regular interactions with government officials to ensure a favourable regulatory environment.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, industry leaders, and regional media personnel.
  • Crisis Management & Reputation Protection: Develop and execute crisis communication protocols, serve as primary media spokesperson during sensitive situations.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor and ensure adherence to environmental clearances, labour law compliance, land use permissions, and industrial licensing requirements.
  • Community Relations & CSR Integration: Develop and execute data-driven public affairs strategies, lead land acquisition processes, and coordinate with legal teams on property-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in engaging with government and industry leaders to influence policy and advance business goals.
  • Proven ability to handle media during crises and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Deep knowledge of land procurement, labour standards, and the socio-political landscape of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Able to develop and execute data-driven public affairs strategies.
  • Skilled in leading a team and influencing stakeholders within a complex organisation.
