Senior Project Manager - Delivery Excellence

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager for Delivery Excellence, you will oversee and direct high-performing delivery teams to deliver top-notch solutions to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Oversight and direction of delivery teams, including project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Supporting talent acquisition and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Closely working with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and leading account mining activities.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Expertise:

  • Experience working in healthcare and life sciences domains, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and a good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Able to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders and travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
