Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our cross-functional teams in managing projects from inception to delivery.

This key role involves coordinating project scope, schedule, and quality by documenting requirements and technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully guiding projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and users to document project requirements and technical specifications;
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and quality across multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting project progress;
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes;
  • Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders and team members;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to delivery;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello;
