
Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project director to lead our projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Project Scope and Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Coordinate Resources: Manage internal resources and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance to analyze short and long-term goal completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in software development, construction, or healthcare industries.
- Budget management experience.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
