Job Title: Senior Team Leader

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Team Leader involves overseeing a team of at least 7 members and contributing to the growth of the organization by driving operational efficiency, developing expertise in various areas, and becoming an SME in end-to-end Services operations support.

This position requires the ability to partner with regional and global teams, manage initiatives effectively, drive consistency between global teams, and lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
