Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to manage our day-to-day operations, handle client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution.

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical.
  • Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in administration, operations, or customer service (0-1 year).
  • Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
