Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our operations and drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, financial reporting, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including tax laws and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic support.
  • Liaise with banks and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
