Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our team as a Senior Accountant. This role is based in Sinnar Industrial area, Nashik, and involves managing financial statements, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with experience in supervising accounting staff, conducting audits, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial data. Proficiency in ERP systems is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • SUPVISE accounting staff and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
  • Experience in the mining or construction industry is a plus
