Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal controls, implementing corrective actions to address audit findings.
  • Taxation and Treasury Management: Oversee tax obligations, ensure compliance, and manage cash flow and banking relationships for credit facilities and day-to-day operations.
  • Investor Relations: Communicate with investors, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems and Technologies: Leverage ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally) to streamline financial processes and explore AI and ML technologies to enhance reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
