
Regional Registrar Lead

Job Role Overview:
As a seasoned registrar and share transfer agent professional, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in RTA operations, including listed and unlisted sectors, with a strong focus on SLAs and timelines as per SEBI's Master circular.
- Manage equity corporate actions, including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
- Coordinate AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot events, ensuring timely completion and high-quality execution.
- Lead audits, including internal audit, SEBI Audit, System Audit, and Automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) and SEBI, ensuring smooth corporate action-related queries and admissions processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations.
- Post-graduation is highly desirable.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in RTA/depository participant/share broking firms.
