We aim to establish India's first integrated healthcare financing ecosystem by converging medical crowdfunding, lending, and health assurance under one platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and manage alliances with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets, enhance field effectiveness, and facilitate professional development.
  • Cultivate new crowdfunding and lending opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine lending solutions.
  • Evaluate the success of the lending process, including operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
