Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to achieve our ambitious strategic goals. The successful candidate will oversee and lead the recruitment function, driving improvements in recruitment processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine recruitment strategies for business growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive efficient recruitment practices.
- Provide market analysis, compensation benchmarks, and implement forecasting pipeline management to improve talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Develop custom recruitment strategies for new site openings.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring performance expectations are met and career growth is supported.
- Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and manage attendance, compensation, and overall team development.
- Plan and manage annual budget for recruitment function.
- Hold weekly team meetings to review progress and identify challenges.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging digital recruitment efforts and social media.
- Refine recruitment processes to support an excellent candidate experience.
- Support diversity initiatives within the recruitment pipeline.
- Act as primary point of contact for prospective clients, developing custom recruitment strategies.
- Partner with corporate marketing to develop employer branding strategies.
