Requirements:

- Proven track record of building and executing global talent strategies, demonstrating expertise in partnering with senior leadership across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership and performance management skills, with proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in recruitment, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, or relevant industry qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize sourcing strategies.
