As a seasoned Senior Talent Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing a strategic talent sourcing plan. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to drive innovation and growth through exceptional talent acquisition and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent sourcing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead a globally dispersed team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of senior-level leaders and critical capability talent, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all sourcing efforts.
- Utilize market data and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies, building relationships with external networks and industry associations to enhance market intelligence and sources.
- Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand critical hiring requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Stay at the forefront of innovation and technology integration, leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sourcing performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all recruitment practices.
- University degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in senior talent sourcing or recruitment leadership roles, including at least 10 years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of building and executing global talent strategies, with a strong ability to partner with senior leadership across multiple regions.
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in recruitment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
- Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, or relevant industry qualifications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize sourcing strategies.
