Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for wind/solar energy verticals across corporate, technical, and field roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and align hiring plans with growth targets.
  • Drive leadership hiring for engineering, operations, sustainability functions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing TA team and mentor recruiters.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives tailored to renewable energy talent pools.
  • Optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, compliance with ESG standards.
  • Track report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency hiring outcomes.
  • Manage external partnerships search firms staffing vendors campus alliances.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding integration of critical hires into business units.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses an MBA and 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Experience managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business HR external partners.
  • Deep understanding technical hiring wind energy EPC project development domains.
  • Exposure to hiring practices compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker hands-on execution capability data-driven mindset.
