About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a high-level Talent Acquisition position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support our global staffing requirements. This includes evaluating current and future staffing needs, collaborating with hiring managers to understand growth goals, and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.
A key aspect of this role is managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations while driving process compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They should also have experience in project management and team leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate current and future staffing requirements in alignment with our business strategy and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborating and consulting with the hiring managers to understand growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy and prioritize the business needs well within stipulated timelines
- Apply strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align talent acquisition with business objectives and identify opportunities and gaps
- Drive process compliance by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them
- Managing escalations keeping business interest first
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
