We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our team's efforts in driving business growth and expansion.
- This role is a critical component of our India operations, based in Solapur.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and retain existing large accounts through relationship building and sales efforts.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
- Foster a deep understanding of the Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients' cultures and market dynamics.
- Possess 10-15 years of experience in corporate relationship management from a service background.
- Hold an MBA degree and possess technical knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Display a deep understanding of the employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
