Job Title:
Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining services, handling inquiries, and generating interest in our offerings. This position demands excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Clearly explain our services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all communications.
  • Record and update customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
  • Handle objections and queries effectively to convert interest into registrations.
  • Follow calling scripts and guidelines to ensure service consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Achieve daily call targets set by the team lead or manager.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good understanding of sales or customer service will be an added advantage
