  • Onboard Clients Seamlessly: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and KYC compliance.

  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Nurture Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and timely adjustments.

  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products, such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives.

  1. Equity Market Advisory & Execution

  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on equity markets, economic developments, and corporate actions to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Trade Execution: Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking, value-added schemes, and third-party product sales.

  1. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Adhere to Regulatory Requirements: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for audits and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.
