  • Lead the creation and execution of customer engagement strategies to boost conversion and promotional communications for a specific Line of Business (LOB)
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver on set campaign objectives
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability
  • Partner closely with growth teams, technical teams, and creative colleagues
  • Anchoring project briefs and serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for campaign execution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Develop, measure, and reach objectives at pace without sacrificing quality

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer journey campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform highly preferred
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams
  • Understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
