Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Customer Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves listening to customer needs, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The specialist will also gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
