Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Tiruchirappalli. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving customer and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for new clients. The role requires coordinating closely with clients, understanding their needs, and providing necessary support and resources throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Location: Trichy (working from client location)

Salary: 3LPA (fixed for fresher) negotiable for experienced.
