Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the offer release and onboarding process for new hires via HRMS.

  • Key Deliverables:
    • Manage offer release and onboarding of new hires via HRMS
    • Oversee end-to-end background verification for all employee types
    • Prepare customized employment and compliance-related letters
    • Handle employee queries via helpdesk and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Validated knowledge of HRMS systems and processes
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
