Lead Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop: Provide comprehensive training on systems, tools, and processes to junior team members
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of contractors handling high volumes of offer generation and onboarding requests
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a go-to expert and assist with escalations, troubleshooting, and region-specific issues
  • Onboarding Experience: Deliver a positive onboarding experience by managing offer generation, background checks, ID verification, and accurate data entry in Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Onboarding experience in a technology organization or related business
  • Experience with the Workday tool is required
  • Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
