Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client onboarding process, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, including verifying customer identity, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Develops and implements risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with client relationships.
  • Team Management: Supervises a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies areas for process improvement and develops solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CDD/AML/KYC: Proven expertise in Conducting Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and assess potential risks.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
