We are looking for a Lead Onboarding Specialist to oversee and manage client onboarding for our electronic trading platform. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities guiding a team of onboarding specialists, driving process improvements, and serving as the senior escalation point for complex integrations.

This individual will be responsible for defining best practices, certification processes, and documentation standards for client onboarding. They will also serve as the senior escalation point for technical or workflow challenges during onboarding and manage onboarding project timelines, ensuring delivery across multiple clients in parallel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of onboarding specialists and integration engineers
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for technical or workflow challenges during onboarding
  • Manage onboarding project timelines, ensuring delivery across multiple clients in parallel
• Client-Facing Execution
  • Oversee and, when needed, personally manage complex client integrations from certification to production go-live
  • Guide clients through FIX connectivity setup, certification, and custom workflow implementation
• Process & Strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce time-to-market for client onboarding
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for onboarding efficiency, client satisfaction, and go-live success rates

Requirements

• You Should Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in trading technology onboarding, FIX connectivity, or client integration
  • Strong expertise in FIX protocol (4.2/4.4/5.0) and trading workflows (equities, futures, options, FX, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale client onboarding projects
  • Leadership experience, either as a team lead or in a senior mentoring role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
