Ecommerce Onboarding Specialist

Job Responsibilities- Provide onboarding support to welcome sellers onto the platform, guiding them through all set-up steps and activities as necessary.
- Capture and verify seller information/item attributes to ensure accuracy and compliance with data quality guidelines.
- Own and execute process tasks assigned to ensure timely completion of successful seller and item onboarding without escalations.
- Regularly interface and consult with sellers to resolve set-up issues and facilitate successful onboarding of items into the marketplace.
- Maintain and organize seller-related documents, following up as necessary.
- Analyze performance and share results with assigned sellers, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- In partnership with Trust & Safety and Seller Operations teams, define and uphold seller standards.
- Support managers in maintaining SOP documents, reviewing and refining processes for optimal efficiency.
- Implement technical rules within seller management tools to automate aspects of the function.
