Sales Specialist Role

Are you a sales professional passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space? We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team and help deliver product offerings and solutions to sellers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the product roadmap, and ensuring seamless onboarding and scaling of high-value sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch and onboard high-value customers on the platform
  • Consistently innovate to improve efficiency across the sales funnel from lead to launch
  • Responsible for onboarding and scaling high-value sellers on Smartbiz
  • Onboard the right set of sellers on our product and establish processes to ensure quality of launch
  • Scale and manage these seller enable them to grow their business using Smartbiz
  • Pilot and experiment with different target groups to identify the most ideal customer set for our product
  • Act as a SME for 1 or 2 areas of overall product from GTM to provide relevant insights and influence the product roadmap
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS/ecommerce or startup
