
Supporting Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Activities

This is a client-facing role that involves supporting new account onboarding and account lifecycle activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt and professional guidance to applicants as they navigate through the various risk and legal assessment phases of their application.
The key responsibilities of this role include supporting onboarding of new accounts, reviewing and accepting new sales contracts, responding to applicant/client queries, partnering with internal teams, handling data updates, performing anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for client service, an eagerness to quickly learn and implement at a high level across a variety of complex processes, and the ability to handle risk and identify improvement opportunities.
You will also need to possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to collaborate optimally to get things done, build positive relationships with internal partners and clients, and align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience highly preferred
- Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work
- Takes personal accountability to drive work forward
- Presents information clearly in writing and orally in small group settings
