Job Description:

Join our Treasury Client Service team to provide exceptional support through the client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, and offboarding activities. This role requires verification and validation of various documents, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for accepting the client documents, Updating client details in database, reverting for additional information as per compliance and regulatory standards. Prior experience in client services or treasury operations is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidates with 4+ years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance and client offboarding knowledge:

  • Manage client onboarding processes, collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and activation
  • Handle client requests for account maintenance, such as updates and modifications
  • Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support account offboarding processes, including account closures and data archiving
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
  • Meet the set SLAs consistently
  • Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and reviews
  • Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and security

Qualification:

Graduate, Preferably in Commerce/ Accountancy (Essential)

MBA finance (Desired)

Essential Skills / Aptitude:

  • Knowledge of Treasury client onboarding, account maintenance and account offboarding. (Essential)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel & Word (Essential).
  • Independent player with strong English written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
  • Certification on treasury client lifecycle management. (Desired)
