Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our customer onboarding efforts.

About the Role:
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive customer onboarding strategy, encompassing training, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
  • Pose as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Spendflo platform, collaborating closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide superior product support, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with product management to collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients, or consulting with clients on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
