Job Title: HRR KYC Manager
This role is crucial for supporting Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Wholesale Onboarding initiatives including KYC processing, reviewing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients/front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence for onboarding or refreshing a client's KYC.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement Wholesale Onboarding procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Wholesale Onboarding.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.

- Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience.
- Guide and persuade team members and communicate complex/sensitive information.
- Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.
