
HR Onboarding Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners. This involves ensuring early engagement, addressing concerns, and providing support during the first 45 days to guarantee 100% retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an onboarding strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of tasks.
- Allocate employee numbers and assist in form filling of various employee & statutory forms.
- Collect and verify pre & post recruitment forms from respective teams & employees.
- Keep track of pending documents & ensure documents are collected from employees within 1 week of employee joining.
- Ensure creation of employee personnel files & filing of employee back papers within 3 days of joining.
- Organize awareness sessions and ensure attendance by all hires within a month (adhoc joiners).
- Escalate issues to Manager Processing ID & Access request forms to admin/ IT & ensuring creation of Emp ID cards & NTLGs on time.
- Announce the new joiner email & introduce the new joiners to respective Trainers/ Reporting Managers.
- Meet up with the new joiners during Training & follow up with the Trainers/ reporting Authorities for next 45 days on absenteeism/ issues, performance, general grievances etc with support of manager.
- Collaborate and have a smooth working relationship with TA, L&D, HRSPOCs, TLs & MSDs.
- Ensure the new joiners receives offer letters, appointment letters, ID/Access cards, login credentials & Bank accounts opened on time.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in HR operations or related field.
- Experience in onboarding process implementation.
