Job Title: HR Onboarding Coordinator 

We are seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to succeed in their roles.

 About This Role
  • This position is responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for all new joiners, ensuring they receive the necessary training, documentation, and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, trainers, and other HR teams, to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
 Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, including scheduling inductions, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary documentation and equipment.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure new employees receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.
  3. Ensure all new joiners receive offer letters, appointment letters, ID/access cards, login credentials, and bank accounts opened on time.
  4. Process employee numbers, allot forms, and submit relevant forms to admin and IT teams.
  5. Verify pre and post-recruitment forms from respective teams and employees.
  6. Track pending documents and ensure collection from employees within one week of joining.
  7. Ensure creation of employee personnel files and filing of employee back papers within three days of joining.
  8. Announce new joiner emails and introduce new joiners to respective trainers/reporting managers.
  9. Meet with new joiners during training and follow up with trainers/reporting authorities for next 45 days on absenteeism/issues/performance/grievances.
 Requirements
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
