Human Resources Roles and Responsibilities

As a detail-oriented HR professional, you will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end HR operations. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy communication, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to issuing offer letters.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR records including compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data.
  • Update and manage employee master data in the ERP HR module.
  • Support workplace safety compliance and handle related HR issues.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives such as activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Communicate HR policies to employees and address related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Smart, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior experience in HR recruitment/operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems is an advantage.
