Job Title: HR Intern

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, interviewing, and employee onboarding.

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Participating in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates;
  • Assisting in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates;
  • Coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation for new employees;
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, assisting with HR documentation, and supporting various administrative tasks;
  • Assisting in organizing training sessions, webinars, and workshops, as well as tracking employee participation and feedback;
  • Helping maintain HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to provide insights on HR metrics;
  • Supporting compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring all HR activities align with legal standards;
  • Drafting and posting job openings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates;
  • Assisting in the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth exit for departing employees.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices;

Experience: Previous internships or coursework related to HR is a plus;

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; proficient in analyzing data and case studies; strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks; ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
