
Client Onboarding Specialist

As a key professional in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of clients and maintaining high standards of client service and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients during the onboarding process and coordinate with the engagement team to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Collect and verify client information, update the ERP system, and initiate conflict of interest checks prior to proposal submission.
- Liaise with the Risk and Compliance Team to complete international conflict checks and ensure effective assessment of any conflicts through communication between teams.
To have monitoring responsibilities for routine processes and report exceptions to the reporting manager. You will also assist in implementing effective controls within the Advisory Team to ensure that client risks to the firm are captured effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, or law is a minimum requirement.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance with IESBA Code, independence standards, and other ethical requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
